 ion will be hosting an Annual Fundraiser Kickoff BBQ on Tuesday\, June 2nd
  at the Hays Welcome Center beginning at 11:30. The first 100 people will 
 be served. There will be a short presentation at noon about the upcoming e
 vent and requests for committee volunteers will be solicited. The winner o
 f the event naming contest will also be awarded at this BBQ. Please RSVP b
