 ch as supporting staff and career development. This observance also gives 
 employees a chance to recognize those in supervisory positions. Some peopl
 e give their bosses cards\, gift certificates\, or flowers on Boss’s Day
 . The Hays Area Young Professionals want to recognize supervisors with a F
 REE lunch a month early! Join HAYP at their regularly scheduled Connection
  Lunch on September 19 to celebrate. Supervisors will learn more about the
  activities HAYP hosts and development that occurs with membership. The Ch
 amber will treat bosses to lunch but please limit only one representative 
 (i.e. boss)per business. Consider this an opportunity to network with the
