 orkforce to move to Kansas. Fees & registration details Open to all member
 s and the public. RSVP's are due the Tuesday before so we can give our hea
 dcount to the venue. Members: The cost is $14.00 per person (includes tax 
 & gratuity)\, and you can pay with cash or check at the door or by credit 
 card. You may also be invoiced for an additional $1 fee. Non-Members: The
