 Hiring Roundtable focused on sharing challenges\, solutions\, and best pra
 ctices for attracting and retaining quality talent in today's workforce ma
 rket. This volunteer-led discussion will provide a collaborative space for
  employers to connect with peers\, exchange ideas\, and learn from one ano
 ther's experiences. Whether you're actively hiring\, struggling to find qu
 alified candidates\, or looking to improve your hiring process\, this conv
 ersation is designed to help you gain practical insights and new strategie
 s. A light breakfast will be provided. To help guide the discussion\, part
 icipants are encouraged to: Complete the workforce survey prior to the eve

  topic" in advance for group discussion. Review the discussion guide that 
 will be provided before the event. The roundtable will focus on questions 
 such as: What challenges are you experiencing when trying to recruit candi
 dates? What kinds of candidates are you currently attracting? Which positi
 ons are the most difficult to fill? What does your application and hiring 
 process look like today? Think about your best recent hire. What contribut
 ed to that success? What is the most frustrating part of your current recr
 uitment and hiring process? What strategies or tools have helped improve y
