 he indoor track at the HaysMed Center for Health Improvement! This wellnes
 s challenge is a great opportunity to get your steps in\, enjoy some movem
 ent\, and connect with others all in a comfortable indoor environment. Whe
 ther you’re working toward a step goal\, getting back into a fitness rou
 tine\, or simply looking for a reason to get moving\, come walk with us! W
 hat to Bring: Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing appropriate for 
 exercise. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated! Important Facility Inform
 ation: Non-members: Please stop by the Front Desk when you arrive to compl
 ete a required waiver before participating. During this event\, only the d
 esignated areas being used for the wellness challenge may be utilized. Par
 ticipants should not use other areas or equipment within the Center for He
