 ittee for an all-ages group fitness class at the HaysMed Center for Health
  Improvement. This wellness challenge is a great opportunity for people of
  all ages and fitness levels to get active\, try something new\, and enjoy
  the energy and motivation that comes from exercising together. Come ready
  to move at your own pace and have fun! What to Bring: Wear comfortable cl
 othing and athletic shoes suitable for exercise\, and bring a water bottle
  to stay hydrated. Important Facility Information: Non-members: Please sto
 p by the Front Desk when you arrive to complete a required waiver before p
 articipating. During this event\, only the designated areas being used for
  the group fitness class may be utilized. Participants should not use othe
 r areas or equipment within the Center for Health Improvement. This event
