DESCRIPTION:All area child care providers are welcome to attend the FREE Child Care Provider Quarterly Professional Development Series. Attendees will receive credit towards annual recertification requirements.\n\n\n\nSpeaker: Josh Tanguay\, Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist and owner of Western Kansas Therapy Associates\n\nTopic: Having Difficult Conversations with Caregivers\n\n	Bridging a conversation with caregivers who are in denial about a child needing therapy or services\n	Addressing concerning behaviors of children with caregivers\n	Addressing concerning behaviors between caregivers\n	Setting realistic expectations\n\n\n\n\n\nWe are also pleased to offer FREE fingerprinting services at this event from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Preference will be given to child care providers and their spouses whose fingerprints expire within 45 - 60 days of each event.\n\n\n\nThere will also be a prize drawing for attendees that evening.
