General Hays Rd. with a GRAND OPENING May 8th at 3 p.m. The ribbon cutting\, sponsored by the Hays Chamber of Commerce will take place around 3:30 p.m. There will be refreshments inside following the ribbon cutting.  You are invited to enjoy the thrill of Bag Pipes by Paul MacDonald\, Hays and Pastor Randy Gibbs\, WaKeeney.
