Executive Director (Part-time)
Position Overview The Executive Director manages the day-to-day operations of the organization, including financial administration, client assistance programs, fundraising, grant management, community outreach, and board support. This individual serves as the primary representative of CCEC and plays a vital role in maintaining relationships with clients, donors, volunteers, and community partners. This part-time position is Monday through Friday 10am – 2pm. Salary commensurable with experience.
Responsibilities
• Manage payroll, financial records, tax reporting, and accounts payable.
• Oversee daily office operations, including phones, mail, email, and office supplies.
• Coordinate assistance programs for cancer patients and caregivers.
• Review applications and track financial assistance provided.
• Organize and support fundraising events, donor campaigns, raffles, and sponsorships.
• Prepare and submit grant applications and maintain grant compliance.
• Prepare reports, agendas, and materials for Board meetings.
• Manage equipment loan and community outreach programs.
• Maintain donor, mailing, and board records.
• Represent CCEC at community events, presentations, and meetings.
• Maintain social media presence and community awareness efforts.
Qualifications
• Experience in office administration, bookkeeping, nonprofit management, fundraising, or related
field.
• Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online financial systems.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and compassionate service.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
• Nonprofit leadership experience.
• Grant writing and fundraising experience.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and financial reporting.
