💰 Salary: $48,000–$60,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonuses

🕣 Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
(Some evenings and weekends as needed)

Creek Side Resort is looking for an exceptional General Manager to take charge of daily operations, lead our team, maintain our beautiful property, and help take our growing resort to the next level!

Our resort features RV sites, unique themed cabins, recreational amenities, special events, and more.

🔑 WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Overseeing daily resort operations

Managing, scheduling, and leading employees

Maintaining exceptional property standards

Ensuring outstanding guest experiences

Managing expenses, payroll, and operational efficiency

Identifying problems and taking initiative to solve them

Helping grow the business and implement new projects

💪 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We're not looking for someone who simply shows up and collects a paycheck.

Management, hospitality, or property management experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are required.
