Child Care Provider Professional Development Series

All area child care providers are welcome to attend the Child Care Provider Quarterly Professional Development Series.  Kaley Conner, Manager of Education and Outreach from High Plains Mental Health Center will be the featured guest speaker.  The topic for the workshop will be "Stress Management & Self-Care for Providers!"  Attendees will better understand typical versus destructive stress pathways, warning signs of unhealthy stress, identify ways to implement self-care and improve resilience, and gain skills to recognize warning signs in children served and how to communicate with children's guardians.

Attendees will receive 1.5 hours of credit towards annual recertification requirements.
