- Gain a deeper understanding of relationship‑based violence and its effects in the workplace
- Identify strategies and a prevention model to help create a supportive, healthy workplace culture free from violence and harassment
- Understand organizational responsibilities in addressing workplace violence and supporting employees experiencing violence
- Receive and review a variety of resources that can be used to support ongoing prevention and response efforts
