All ages and fitness levels welcome to enjoy a group fitness class to start your weekend!
Important Facility Information:
- Non-members: Please stop by the Front Desk when you arrive to complete a required waiver before participating.
- During this event, only the designated areas being used for the wellness challenge may be utilized. Participants should not use other areas or equipment within the Center for Health Improvement.
FREE for all to attend!
This event is part of the Ellis County Wellness Committee’s Santa’s Checklist Holiday Wellness Challenge, running October 15 through January 15.
