The Downtown Hays Development Corp. (DHDC) will be opening the Downtown Hays Market on Wednesday, June 10. It will be the official community welcome! The public is invited to attend a special 4ft long pizza roll “ribbon” cutting in coordination with the Hays Area Chamber of Commerce .
