Please join The Chamber in Hays, Kansas for a Ribbon Cutting to celebrate the new welcome sign as a joint civic club project between The Chamber in Hays, Kansas, Kiwanis Club of Hays Kansas, Lions Club, Noon Rotary Club, Sister Cities International, and Women Who Lead. They will also be presenting a joint service project in celebration of the collaboration.
