Join fellow small business and nonprofit leaders for an interactive Recruiting & Hiring Roundtable focused on sharing challenges, solutions, and best practices for attracting and retaining quality talent in today's workforce market.
This volunteer-led discussion will provide a collaborative space for employers to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and learn from one another's experiences. Whether you're actively hiring, struggling to find qualified candidates, or looking to improve your hiring process, this conversation is designed to help you gain practical insights and new strategies.
A light breakfast will be provided.
To help guide the discussion, participants are encouraged to:

- Submit a workforce or hiring "hot topic" in advance for group discussion.
- Review the discussion guide that will be provided before the event.
The roundtable will focus on questions such as:
- What challenges are you experiencing when trying to recruit candidates?
- What kinds of candidates are you currently attracting?
- Which positions are the most difficult to fill?
- What does your application and hiring process look like today?
- Think about your best recent hire. What contributed to that success?
- What is the most frustrating part of your current recruitment and hiring process?
- What strategies or tools have helped improve your hiring outcomes?
