Come join Jr. Master Isaac North in this 3-day seminar as he teaches you how to protect yourself in dangerous situations. Learn different self-defense techniques and leave feeling more confident knowing that you have the skills to protect yourself from harm.

• You are welcome to attend all three sessions or attend only the ones you are able to.


• Women 16 years and older are welcome to attend! We encourage you to bring along a friend to class so that you can continue to practice what you learn.


• Please wear comfy clothes. Shoes will not be allowed to be worn during the seminar.
