Part-Time Feedmill Operations/Harvest Help

Hours: Approximately 20-25 hours per week, with some Saturdays required.
Position Summary: Midland Marketing is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Feedmill Operator. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training and the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with various tasks within the feed mill, grain elevator, and agronomy departments ensuring the efficient and safe production and distribution of products.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assisting with the mixing and loading of feed products.
•Operating Feedmill equipment.
•Loading and unloading trucks.
•Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
•Performing routine maintenance checks on equipment.
•Operating company vehicles.
•Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
•Other duties as assigned by feed mill management.

Qualifications:
•No prior feed mill experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate.
•Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
•Ability to work some Saturdays as required.

Physical Requirements:
•Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
•Ability to work in various weather conditions (indoors and outdoors).
•Life up to 50lbs regularly.
•Comfortable working in an agricultural/industrial environment with dust and noise.
