We have an exciting opportunity for Service Station Personnel at our Plainville location. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing essential automotive services and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing a range of basic automotive maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: tire replacements, tire repairs, oil changes, and other minor vehicle upkeep.
- Delivering stellar customer service with a positive and helpful attitude, both in person and over the phone.
- Driving sales of key products such as tires, batteries, and lubricants.
- Utilizing basic computer skills for tasks related to sales and service records.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and general upkeep of the service station.
- Proven experience in automotive repairs and maintenance.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, including some Saturdays.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively.
