News Release: 2/17/2025

The Western Kansas Association of REALTORS®, formally known as the Hays Board of REALTORS®, held its Annual Installation Banquet on December 6^th, 2024 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Hays, Kansas.  Kelly Ellner Leiker, Bel Air Realty was installed as the Association's President for 2025; President Elect, Kevin Keller, Keller Real Estate & Insurance Agency Inc.; Vice President/Program Chair, Aaron Andrews, MPIRE Realty Group, The following members were installed as Directors: Past President, Adam Pray, Platinum Group; State Director, Tim Cossaart, RE/MAX Pro; Jeff Dewey & Laura Sadeghi both from Coldwell Banker Executive Realty; Lyn Klein, Advanced Real Estate Company; Kendra Trueblood, About You Realty.  Special awards were presented to Crystal Hendricks, Coldwell Banker Executive Realty as our Associations REALTOR® of the Year and Terry Claycamp, Landmark Realty, who recently passed away, was honored with our Distinguished Service Award.  The family of Terry was also presented with a Memorial Plaque recognizing his over 40 years in the Real Estate Industry and service to the community in all things benefiting home ownership.  The Western Kansas Multiple Listing Service, Inc. also recognized Crystal Hendricks, as their President; Vice President, Jeannine Byers-Long, Advantage Realty, and as Directors, Robert Readle, Coldwell Banker Executive Realty; Brent Hines, Bel Air Realty; Nathan Goetz, Elite Realty Land & Auction; Kimberly Vink, Coldwell Banker Sell Real Estate; and Luke Scoby, Advanced Real Estate.  We are excited for the upcoming year with our 2025 leadership team within our Association.
