Hays Area Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Development Corporation will be hosting an Annual Fundraiser Kickoff BBQ on Tuesday, June 2nd at the Hays Welcome Center beginning at 11:30. The first 100 people will be served. There will be a short presentation at noon about the upcoming event and requests for committee volunteers will be solicited. The winner of the event naming contest will also be awarded at this BBQ.
Please RSVP by calling 628-8201 or emailing hayscc@discoverhays.com if you want to eat. Again, only the first 100 will be served. We look forward to the community involvement on this year's Annual Fundraiser event.
