Please join the Ellis County Wellness Committee for a walk on the indoor track at the HaysMed Center for Health Improvement!
This wellness challenge is a great opportunity to get your steps in, enjoy some movement, and connect with others all in a comfortable indoor environment. Whether you’re working toward a step goal, getting back into a fitness routine, or simply looking for a reason to get moving, come walk with us!
What to Bring:
Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing appropriate for exercise. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!
Important Facility Information:
- Non-members: Please stop by the Front Desk when you arrive to complete a required waiver before participating.
- During this event, only the designated areas being used for the wellness challenge may be utilized. Participants should not use other areas or equipment within the Center for Health Improvement.
This event is part of the Ellis County Wellness Committee’s wellness challenge.
