Location: Hays Office
Pay: $18.92 / hr.
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
Job Type: Full-Time; In-person

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct internal audit activities in key areas such as Cash and Banking, Billing, Payroll, Human Resources, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Property, Plant & Equipment.
- Manage the Medical Staff Organization (MSO) process.
- Assist in revising operations and personnel policies under the guidance of the Director of Administrative Operations.
- Provide compliance-related training and education to staff.
- Track completion of state-required trainings for clinical staff and code of conducts upon hire and annually.
- Monitor timely renewal of clinical licenses.
- Maintain the Relias Learning staff list and trainings, serving as the primary contact for staff.
- Assist with data entry of various surveys.
- Support the Director of Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk Management with additional duties.
- Post-high school education in accounting or a related field.
- Above-average verbal and written communication skills.
- Competency in using technology such as computers, software applications, printers, scanners, and telephones.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
